Every service starts with a free inspection. Our technician examines the fabric type, care code, and condition of each piece before selecting a cleaning method. Fabric sofas and chairs are cleaned with hot-water extraction or dry solvent, depending on the care code. Leather pieces are cleaned with a pH-neutral leather cleaner, then conditioned. Rugs are treated based on fiber type — wool, synthetic, cotton, or natural fiber blends all need different approaches.

We pre-treat stains and high-soil areas before the main clean. This gives the cleaning solution time to break down oils, food residue, and pet urine before extraction. After cleaning, we set up fans to speed drying. Most upholstered furniture is ready to use within 2–4 hours. Area rugs typically need 4–8 hours depending on thickness.

We bring all equipment and supplies. You don't need to move furniture in advance — our technician handles light repositioning as needed. For large sectionals or heavy pieces, let us know when you book and we'll prepare accordingly.

All our cleaning products are biodegradable and non-toxic. They are safe for children and pets once the surface is dry. We use minimal water to prevent over-wetting and reduce drying time. Wastewater is properly contained and disposed of — it does not go into storm drains or the local environment.

After each job, we do a final walkthrough with the customer. If you see anything that needs a second pass, we address it before we leave.
